Information you submit
If you use a website form, you may provide your name, contact information, incident details, and anything else you choose to include. Please do not send confidential or highly sensitive information before Johnson Injury Law confirms an attorney-client relationship.
How information may be used
Information submitted through the website may be used to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate with you, and operate the website. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Service providers and outside links
The website is hosted by Netlify, and its contact forms use FormSubmit. Those providers may process information needed to deliver the site or form submission. Links to Google, social media, and other outside services are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy practices.
The chat assistant
The chat window on this website is an automated assistant, not a person or an attorney. What you type into it is sent to Anthropic, the company whose AI writes the assistant’s replies, so that it can respond. When you finish, your answers and the conversation are emailed to Johnson Injury Law through FormSubmit, and a short summary with your name, phone number and what happened is sent to the firm by text message through RingCentral. The conversation is not saved in your browser. As with the contact form, please do not share confidential or highly sensitive information before Johnson Injury Law confirms an attorney-client relationship. Using the chat does not create one.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and general information about the device, browser and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not receive anything you type into a form or the chat. You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
